As our digital products are delivered immediately (downloads and online materials), all purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once a purchase has been completed.

As our in-person events have limited capacity and your spot is reserved specifically for you, all Access Pass purchases are non-refundable (including tickets and deposits).
However, if you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options, provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the date of the event:
Transfer your Access Pass to another attendee arranged by you, or
Redeem your investment as credit toward any of our products or services, ensuring you still receive the full value of your investment.
No-shows:
If you do not attend the event and have not provided written notice at least 24 hours in advance, your investment is forfeited and is not eligible for transfer or credit.
