The following Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by both this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Digital Products
As our digital products are delivered immediately (downloads and online materials), all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once a purchase has been completed.

In-Person Events & Private Sessions
As our in-person events and private sessions have limited capacity and your spot is reserved specifically for you, all Access Pass and 1:1 Session purchases (including tickets, bookings, and deposits) are non-refundable.

However, if you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options, provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the date of the event or scheduled session:
Transfer your Access Pass to another attendee arranged by you, or
Reschedule your 1:1 Session to a later date, where possible, or
Redeem your investment as credit toward any of our products or services, ensuring you still receive the full value of your investment.
No-shows: If you do not attend the event or scheduled session and have not provided written notice at least 24 hours in advance, your investment is forfeited and is not eligible for transfer, rescheduling, or credit.
