All products available on this website are primarily digital and are therefore not delivered as physical items by mail.

Upon successful completion of your purchase, digital products will be delivered electronically via email, including any relevant access details or login information.

If you do not receive your access details within 2 hours of purchase, kindly contact us at info@martha-and-alexandra.com, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

In certain cases, we may offer physical items (such as event-related materials or add-ons). These items are not shipped and will instead be handed to you in person at the respective event.

If you are unable to attend the event, we will support you with an alternative solution where possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
